Powder metallurgy makes possible to obtain components in large series with high dimensional precision, especially in diameters, and with excellent surface finish.

The high dimensional stability of the tools and the great sophistication of the production divices provide high reliability and repeatability of the sintered parts produced in large series.

Isotropic materials

Sintered materials have a homogeneous microstructure in the three directions of space and therefore have isotropic properties. This isotropy allows electromagnetic systems to be designed in three dimensions, thus permitting a significant reduction in the volume of the components.

Green technology

The manufacturing process of sintered components is certified as ecological because the material waste is very low, the product is recyclable, and the energy efficiency is good because the material is not molten.
