The self-lubricating bushings work for thousands of hours without wear and without risk of seizure.

They are extremely silent bearings at their recommended working conditions: dynamic load up to 10 MPa, linear speed up to 8 m/s, and working temperature between -60 and +230ºC. The friction coefficient is less than 0.01 under optimal working conditions.

The excellent oil content control of the self-lubricating bushings and their high dimensional precision provide great performance reliability and repeatability for long production runs.

The bushing is designed for the specific application from a variety of materials, oils and shapes adapted to the function or equipment. The SELFOIL^® range of self-lubricating bearings of standard dimensions with permanent stock and immediate delivery is also offered for retail consumption.

The manufacturing process of powder metal components is certified as ecological because the material waste is very low, the product is recyclable, and the energy efficiency is good because the material is not molten.
